ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Job Specification
Experience in handling complaint of the guest
Familiar with handling check in/out procedures


Job Profile
At least minimum 2 years experience in same position
Graduated minimum from Diploma degree
Familiar with OPERA is a MUST
A good level of spoken and written in English
Ability to work in team 
Able to work under pressure
Ability to learn quickly
Enthusiasm and commitment to the job
